Change video recording length

In settings, I click on the dot across from 1 minute and the dot turns blue. When I return to the main page the video length is still set to 30 seconds. How can I get the recording length change accepted by the app/camera?

New Modem and cannot reconnect nest cams

We just had a new Modem installed today with new password. I'm not able to reconfigue my nest cameras to the new wifi info. I've gone through the setup stages but not having any luck. Suggestions?

Lost Cameras

Google made us reset our password and once we got back into our account/app all cameras were gone. This property is a rental property that is out of state so we can't just reset them and add them again ourselves.
