Nest Hello

My door bell which I have had for a year lost connection to WiFi a few days ago and  I cannot reconnect it.  I have factory reset it and been through codes NC004 NC022 NC003 several times.  My latest one is NC007 but I know I am entering the correct password.

I don't know what else to try
