Nest IQ cameras

I have the nest IQ cameras, however I thought the recent slow steaming was do to my router speed (apparently from others on here it was ever since the new update tht I found out caused this streaming issue)So I called Verizon and upped my speed..when I go to connect my new router to my nest my router name  isn’t showing in the list of routers to choose to connect to, I do have the google mesh which tht comes up on the list of WiFi to connect to but my new router doesn’t show anywhere ,the slower router from Verizon I just returned always came up on my list as well as  my google WiFi  always was there..

why all of a sudden I can’t find my router.  I use an iPad by the way….fyi my new router named wasn’t even showing on my printer ..but it does show on my iPad and iPhones ……just can’t figure it out.
