Nest Max Hub says camera off-line, except for camera, all features work including all other camera i

On my Nest Hub Max, the camera states offline.  The problem is all other features work including watching videos on demand. Other cameras work on the network. Verified all including App have current updates. Verrified speed. Have done reboots and the factory reset.  Same error. Not sure what else can be done.

Not being able to use your Nest Hub Max's camera can certainly be frustrating, but don't worry, help's here!

Did the built-in Nest Cam work before? Now that you have performed a factory reset, ensure you have set up the Nest Hub Max's Nest Cam once again. Here's an article about Nest Cam on Google Nest Hub Max that will guide you on how to do it and contains really useful information regarding the camera.

What LED lights appear on your Nest Hub Max currently? It  would be great to know what the firmware version of the Nest Hub Max is as well.
