I have seen this happen on my cameras but I do not have any of the battery cams. I have been able to fix the issue but removing the power to the camera for a minute and then letting it re-connect to my WIFI router and then it re-registers it's self with the Google Servers. But in your case you have a battery version so there is now way to fully power cycle it. However you can force a reset but be sure NOT to do it in such a way to cause a full RESET to FACTORY.

Literally 10 minutes after posting this issue the camera started working normally 🤷♂️! I have no idea why but so far it is continuing, will monitor and post back if anything changes.

Wow,,, sometimes things just self-correct I guess. Very odd. But glad to hear it is working.
