Nest Outdoor Cam Picture Pink

My Nest Outdoor camera is experiencing a similar issue to other posters here.  It is pink during the day and more or less fine at night. I've reset it and it continues to do it.

Same issue for me. Did Google Nest support ever help you? Did they send you a new camera? If so, what was the trick to get them to send a replacement camera?

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. Do you still need help with this issue? I know that there's been a delay in response since you posted.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards,

Brad.

@Brad

Hi Brad,
Please - I need help. I would like Google to send me a replacement camera for my "pink purple" camera. (I can email or attach image I captured from the Home app) The camera has acted this way ever since I installed it. I can email you the Google Store order number.

I recently opened a ticket 2-############1979 and Gustave emailed me two links:
Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell
Video is blurry, pixelated, discolored, or has glare

As I explained to him, I had already done those steps and they had no effect on eliminating the "purple pink".
Can you help me get a replacement camera ASAP?
Thanks,
John
