Nest Outdoor Camera Magnetic Mount & Plug Destroyed

Hi,

The structure that my Nest Outdoor camera was mounted on collapsed, and the demolition crew took both the magnetic wall mount and the first part of my power connector that goes with it away with the rest of the damaged structure.  I still have the camera (and it's wire with USB-style plug).

I can't seem to find anywhere to purchase them online.

How can I go about ordering a new one?

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts, and they no longer sell the power cable for the Google Nest Outdoor Camera.

You could try contacting Support to see if they can help:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
