We have googled how to resolve this issue so many others have had with this camera. I have toggled on and off the night vision... that didn't work. I have turned it off for 30 minutes... that didn't work. I have also performed a factory reset... nope! please help.

Hello, I'm and end user like you. If you search on this user forum for the word "pink" you will see lots of hits come up. From what I can tell this is almost always not fixable as the camera has malfunctioned. If you are still in the 1 year warranty Google will most likely replace it for you.
