Nest Video Doorbell Audio

Hello,

does anyone know of a way to download video files from a nest doorbell that have audio using the API?

I am able to download video files today through the API but I need sound.  I need to do this remotely as I am trying to analyze the sound file.  So I cannot log in to the account and download the video.

the frustrating thing is that the video file in the console has audio but the video file that Google Nest API offers does not.

A few questions: what type of Nest cameras do you have? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?
