Nest Wireless Doorbell - Multiple Hubs

ShalomLEJ

I have a wireless doorbell, a Hub Max, and a Hub (2nd Gen). When the doorbell is pressed, I can answer on the Hub Max, but it does not show someone on the Hub. Is there a way for doorbell events to be shown on both at the same time?

Found the issue. For some reason, Do Not Disturb was active for that Hub. Turned it off and all is now working. To Google: it would be helpful if there were some check, or screen, that showed which devices will receive these alerts, and which ones will not!

To Google again:  even a visual indicator on the screen(s) that broadcasts were being blocked when one was made would lead customers to the solution quicker.
