This morning I noticed the lens on my Nest Wireless Doorbell was vandalized. The culprit scratched the lense and now anything viewed through the lens is blurry. Is is possible to replace the lense? I would be grateful for your guidance. Thanks.

Thank you. Yes—not the answer I was hoping for, however, at least I have direction.

Unfortunately parts such as the lens and many others are not available for purchase. You would need to either replace the whole unit or attempt to collect parts from other used cameras. Not the answer you want to hear but unfortunately this is the reality!

It is amazing that, unlike Ring Arlo, Wyze, and Blink, Google Nest does not sell ANY spare parts for its cameras and doorbells, and instead tells customers to find a "third-party retail store".
