Hi Every time I log on to my Nest app it keeps closing down and won’t let me check cameras .. I also have an in door camera… on my app is 2 cameras and 1 smoke alarm. When I check back on past video it keeps freezing and drops out again. I have reinstalled my app .. I logged out and even contacted nest a while back & was told my wifi was the problem when I am logging into my nest app. ?? I don’t think I have to log out of my wifi every time I want to check my cameras. Another issue I find is when I’m away my cameras keep dropping out and have lots of missing video history & I’ve noticed this every time I’m away. Please help and keep it simple ! Thanks

Yes I do … it’s been going on quite a while .. I noticed it more after I signed up for annual payment which changed my membership
it’s very frustrating as every time I check on my cameras it keeps closing !!!

Your issues are connected to internet/wifi issues. Your app and cameras will not behave this way if you have a steady strong connection. What you can try in the meantime is to restart your wifi router, and then restart your cams. See if things improve, but I would suggest getting your cameras closer to your wifi, or your wifi closer to your cameras.

the wifi is not the problem because the cameras do not drop out … I can’t get the nest app to stay on or look at clicks … as it keeps going off all the time … if it was my wifi the camera would drop out all the time and it doesn’t
