The Nest app is no longer showing a preview on my iPhone notification screen. This started happening 2-3 weeks ago I think. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

It seems to have something due to iOS 15. A fix will most likely require an update to the Nest app.

That’s what I would expect from a company charges considerably higher for there products and for the subscription. If it doesn’t happen soon, I’ll most likely cancel and go with my Kasa camera. It’s like $30 and they don’t charge for any recording….I basically only pay $99 a year because of how the notifications are.

If you hold your finger on the notification, the preview will show. I had the same issue but found the fix in another thread.
