Nest aware Subscription expired I renewed it but now it will not record it will

my free trial for the nest aware it was about to expire I renewed the subscription for nest aware but now it will not record video. Prior to my subscription expiring it would record clips of when a person is at the front door a package is left motion etc. please help how to link the renewed subscription so I can get the video
