Nest aware subscription

We added two outdoor cameras (gen 2) and we have a nest aware subscription for our gen 1 cameras. We are not getting 24/7 recording with the current subscription. If we change to a new subscription are we going to get 24/7 with both the new and the old (gen 1) cameras?

It sounds like you might still be on a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, which applies only to SPECIFIC 1st gen cameras and doorbells. This 1st gen subscription is no longer available.

There are two 2nd gen Nest Aware plans that have been around since 2019; "Nest Aware" (30-day event video history) and "Nest Aware Plus" (10-day 24/7 event video history and 60-day event video history; these subscriptions cover ALL 1st and 2nd gen cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". To use the 2nd gen Nest Aware subscriptions, you have to have migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account. (We migrated in 2020.)
