Nest aware

I've recently moved into a house with nest thermostats, protect and outdoor cameras. My son set them all up using his phone and details.

I can access them all, but the nest aware subscription has ended and the renewal emails are going to him.

Is it possible to sign up to aware using my own details/ email, if so how can I do it.

According to Google the email can be changed, but it involves a reset ( ladders involved,) or him changing his email address as there doesn't seem to be any way of changing the owner details .

The alternative is just to have him sign up using my banking details for the payments.

The account is still in my son's name, but I was able to subscribe to Nest Aware from a link I found in my app.

He can still get notifications but has muted them for himself.

If you live in the U.S., you could try using the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the "What you get with a Nest Aware subscription" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
