I’m upset. For several days now, my nest doorbell takes snapshots of people. My camera also doesn’t start working for the first half of the day. . I also recently found out that my Nest aware subscription had been canceled. It’s impossible trying to get someone to talk to and have my Nest subscription renewed. After reading a lot of reports by the community. I may shut down and restart the system. Still my Nest aware has not been addressed.

Are you able to access your subscription on the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions)?
You could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
