Nest battery cameras

I have installed two new cameras The nest battery cameras. I got them hooked up but I can only see the video on the two hubs I installed in the system. I cannot see the video on my phone or my computer.

• Are you logged in with the correct account information on your mobile device?
• Which app are you trying to view the footage one?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Google has misleadingly called the new Google Nest Camera Battery a "Nest" camera. Unfortunately, this new "Nest" camera cannot be accessed from the Nest app on your phone, or on the Nest website from your computer. It can only be accessed from the Google Home app or on a Google Hub. Conversely, you cannot configure your existing older Nest cameras or access their video history from the Google Home app.
