Hi
I have recently bought a new house from someone who has passed away. They had a nest cam outdoor 2nd generation fitted.
I think I'm correct in saying there isn't a factory reset hole and I do not have access to the previous owners Google account to remove the camera from thier account.
How can I perform a reset on this camera to link it to my account?

If it’s the non-battery version, the reset is unplugging the camera from power for 10 seconds.

We have done That but have been unable to add it to our nest account

Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app? The latter app does not support any second-gen cameras released in 2021 or later.
