Nest cam indoor wired 2nd gen no connection

I bought 3 nest cam indoor wired 2nd gen. First of all, it's a piece of sh*t. 

But i am trying to live with it. As soon as I leave home (the same WI-FI that the cams are connected to) the picture doesn't show. When I am in the view where I see all 3 cams there is no picture at all. When I choose a specific cam it takes a few minutes and i get a 2-3 second show and then it says "connecting" again. So and i get a few few views every other minute.

I have no problem with bandwith, I hade 250mbit/s steady connection and no problems with any other device. 

Any sugestions?

are you within the return window?  If so, I would 10000% recommend returning it. Did you know you can't use 2-way voice on the doorbells?  It doesn't work if you have a samsung phone. @User123456 has known about it for over a year and hasn't done anything about it.  So, I have an expensive doorbell that will not allow me to even talk to folks at the front door.  Useless!  Return it if you can!
