I cannot find any instructions to set up nest cam pro other than what is in the box and that does not work. Camera is not automatically appearing to add device and there is no QR code to scan. Directions for drop cam say to enter setup code but when entering code manually, it will not accept ant letters only numbers

Hi Annamarie, I'm an end user like you. Just to confirm you are using the GOOGLE HOME app and not the NEST App. The new cameras only work with the Google Home app. And if you already had that on your phone be sure to confirm you are using the newest version of the GOOGLE HOME app by going to the app store and searching for it. If it says OPEN then you have the newest version. If it says UPDATE then you should do that.
