My floodlight camera works just fine, I can load the camera stream, the floodlight works and turns on when it should, however the floodlight part shows offline in the app. It is mounted high on my outside wall, and I needed to borrow a tall ladder to mount it, which I don't have any longer. Factory reset is not the easiest option for me, so I'm wondering if there is any way I can power cycle this from the app? Thank you!

The only thing I can think of is flip the circuit breaker off for about 20 seconds and flip it back on.
