Nest cam with floodlight not working in Nest app

It does not work with Nest App? What’s the point of buying Nest is it doesn’t work? I had to set up in google home app that I NEVER USE, because let’s be honest- it’s garbage. Nest app had all my cameras, sensors and smoke detectors in one app. Not i have to use two app? That’s is none sense. 
Customer service better have a fix for this asap, or I’m returning my new device i was excited about.

Totally understand the frustration and confusion. Nest Cam with Floodlight is designed for and setup in the Home app, and there is no "fix" to make it appear in the Nest app. On that side of things, Google have said they are working to improve the Home app and bring over features from the Nest app

Yeah so it’s false advertising putting nest anywhere in the name. Nest app was a great tool that i still use with all of my cameras. Everything on one screen right there easy to rewind a look. Google home take forever to load history it’s just not what nest app is. Google Completely messed up the entire nest system with new app. DONT FIX WHAT AINT BROKEN
