Nest cam

Hello, I am trying to share some of my Nest Outdoor Cameras using the provided link and password, but when anyone (including myself) tries to log on using the link and password it gives a message saying to update browser.  We are all using the most current version of the Chrome browser on IOS devices.  Everything works fine in the app, but I don’t want to share my app password because that gives access to all my cameras and thermostat.  Please advise…

Maybe it's because the Chrome browser recently rolled to 3 digits (version 100.0.xxxx) and Google Nest may not have updated the website that handles Nest camera links to handle 3-digit browser versions.  You could try the Firefox, Opera, or Safari browser, which have not yet reached version 100.  I tried home.nest.com in Google Chrome, and that works.

The browser version is not the problem.  I tried several tests and it works.

I don’t have a problem using home.nest.com, the problem is with the link provided by best when I select the option in settings to share my video stream.  I only want to allow access to one or two cameras, not my whole network of cameras, thermostats etc which is why simply giving someone my password at home.nest.com is not an option.

I understand that your problem is NOT with home.nest.com. I was just reporting that I tried creating a link for one of my cameras, and was able to access that link using Google Chrome. So I was only reporting that the problem is NOT due to Chrome rolling to version 100, but is due to something else that I, as just another customer, cannot duplicate.
