We have 4 nest cams and pay for premium cloud storage. Until yesterday all 4 cams were showing history from the cloud. Today 3 are working one is not. There’s live video but no overnight recording for that specific camera. I’ve rebooted the camera and my iPhone 13 Pro max. Still not working correctly. These cams have been on line for at least four years without issue. Thank you in advance for any suggestions to get this guy back on the cloud!!

Thanks! I’ve never used a schedule. All 4 cams run 24/7. Maybe deleting the cam and reinstalling it would solve the problem. I’ll give that a shot.

The only things I can think of that would cause that are turning off "Video recording" or setting up a "Schedule" for that camera, or moving the camera to a different "home" ("structure") in the Google Nest app or Google Home app.
