Nest camara says belongs to another account wich is doesnt

How can I rehook up my nest camara says belongs to another account

Is this a camera you previously setup with your account or is it the first time you're setting it up?

This error appears if it was previously set up with a different account and the previous owner didn’t remove it from their account.

It has been my camera for 9years?
