Hi
My camera is charging very slowly. It used always charge in a few hours, now it charged only 6% overnight. Ive read lots of reports in these forums, that the cables are faulty and this issue seems to get resolved with a replacement cable from Google. How do I get a replacement cable?

I'm having the same exact issue with both of my Nest Cam with floodlights, and they're hard wired in. Also having issues with night vision, both would not come out of night vision, I had to manually toggle one and had to reset and factory reset one of them. Google has gone down hill, fast! The entire google ecosystem only works, maybe 40% of the time as it is supposed to. I have sent several "feedback" messages and I never get a response. Pure garbage.

I don't know what Support will say, but to contact them:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
