Got a camera for severe issues at home involving my children as a gift from a friend for protection last fall.
Camera wouldn’t work starting this summer.
Began having issues around the home and police could not retrieve video due to the camera being down.
Called google, disconnected the camera, switched power sources and outlets, no solution. Asked for a manager after being told my camera was out of warranty even though I received it last fall. All my cameras have never quit working this quick. I have been a loyal customer and they are telling me there is no solution for this and I got hung up on. I’ve been a loyal google and nest customer for over 5 years.
is there any kind of a solution?
