Nest camera not working

Camera will not turn in, have done a reset, have changed power cords. Nothing works. Any ideas google?

I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. What type of Nest camera are you using? Also, when and where did you purchase it?

I have had this same problem. We bought these from Dish network about 2-3 years ago. One quit working within like 8-9 months and now the other one just crapped the bed. no light or anything on. When we bought it, which we paid over $600 for everything the Dish guy told us that they take care of them if something goes wrong. Reached out to Dish and nope they don't do anything. So here we are with two cameras that are junk and don't work. I'm really frustrated because we paid  A LOT of money for these.

Hey Terez05,

 

I'm sorry to hear that. What type of Nest camera do you have? Did you make any changes before it happened? Also, is the cable securely connected to the power adapter? Try to push and twist the USB connector into place. Then, plug the adapter into a power outlet.
