Hello, I have a nest IQ outdoor camera and I was trying to set it up although the setup froze. I now have the camera showing on my Home Screen as disconnected and when I go into settings there is a blank screen. Does anyone know any other way I can remove the camera from my account to try and reconnect it without going through the settings of the camera?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To remove your Nest Camera from your Nest app, you need to select your Nest Camera from the homepage and go to settings then remove the device. After that, you need to reset it to the factory default and set it up to the Nest App. Let us know how it goes.
