The other day I opened my Nest app and my camera was all the sudden zoomed in. I didn’t change or edit any features. I have looked around on forums and they all say you are probably accidentally stuck in Enhance mode. I did not engage that mode and I don’t see anywhere to turn that off or on. I have tried turning the camera on/off and unplugging it and nothing works. Any ideas?? I can barely see the room at all!

It’s not always clear how to exit enhance if that’s the case here. However try these steps and let us know:
To turn off Enhance, tap Cancel Enhance
If you don’t see this icon, tap the screen once to bring up the camera controls.

A while back I read that if you have more than one person accessing the cameras from their phones, then the phone that did the zoom-in is the only one that can zoom it back out.
Hope this helps.
