Ive had my nest cam for about a year with no problems. I recently had a problem with my Xfinity router and had to get a new one. After new one was up and running, the nest would'nt hook on to wifi. I changed the wifi name & password back to it's original. Nest is showing on the wifi now but i erased it from the home app and can't get it to recognize each other. I've tried everything i know. Factory reset, uninstalled app and reinstalled, scanned qr code to reinstall to the app. I'm at a frustrating loss.

I have the same issue-camera worked fine until I changed the router and have tried everything including having Comcast on site-nothing works and I can't find a customer service number. Wired indoor cameras

So it sounds like you are doing everything right. The only thing I can think of is make sure you follow the steps for a FACTORY RESET and not just a forced RESTART. Here are the directions for factory reset...
