I cannot view my events. I should not have to buy nest aware. I have nest subscription and if this isn’t corrected I will expect a refund. It worked fine since I got it but this is no use to me if I can’t watch the clip. I already signed off and on again without anything happening. I also should not need a factory reset. This cam is new. If it’s doing this to everyone then we need to talk about a refund. Please fix the problem

You state that you should not have to buy Nest Aware however you then say you have a Nest subscription. These things are the same. A Nest subscription is called Nest Aware. Can you clarify if you have an active Nest Aware subscription?

The Subscription is the same thing as nest aware. The camera when it is new comes with 30 day complimentary subscription. After that you have to pay for it. Is that what you are running into?
You can see your subscription status by going into the Google Home app on your phone and hitting the GEAR settings icon and the hitting AWARE to see you status.

Please provide more detailed insight to your issues for we can all try to help. The only takeaway we get is yup it’s the camera I demand a refund. Try to give us something to work with. I’ll spell it out. Hi when I open the timeline in nest app or home app I try to view events and… or hey I am not seeing events. If you want us to help give us something to work with
