Google Nest Camera plugged in, but shows on battery

I bought Google Nest Cameras (Model GA01317-US) with the 30' charging cables.  2 of my cameras work fine and show plugged in.  1 of my cameras shows on battery and idle.  The charging cable is plugged in and I have tried several outlets that work.  The battery level stays at 77%, so I know the cable is connected.

Why is the camera idle and shows on battery?  What needs done to resolve this and work properly?

Maybe the little AC adapter has gone bad?  Try moving the camera to one of the adapters on the working cameras. Or if it is easier, move one of the AC adapters from the working camera over to the one that isn't charging.

Let me know what you find.

I used another AC adapter.  As soon as I plugged it in, the app updated to show plugged in.  Looks like the 30' AC adapter has gone bad.  How do I get this replaced?  I only bought it in 12/6/21.

So the way to try and get this swapped is to use this Google support site.  Be patient as a lot of people report they make you jump thru some hoops.  But if you follow thru you should be able to get a new adapter.

Did an online chat.  Provided camera serial # and basic info.  They are sending a new cable.  Thanks for your help.

I received the replacement part today in the mail.  Google shipped the 1 meter cord and not the 20 meter.  I even gave them the order # to verify the needed part.  So, this is not resolved.  How do I get the right part shipped

 My original order # on 12/6 was GS.0153-8050-2049 for a Nest Cam Weatherproof Cable 10M .  This is for an exterior installation and why I needed 10M and weatherproof.

On 4/2, I received case number is 4-0208000032798.
