Nest camera

1 of our Nest cameras will not charge I’ve changed charging cords and blocks around and still nothing and this camera didn’t give a warning it was going dead and it did help it’s our newest and less used camera

For further assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Nest Camera do you have?

  • What's the status LED light do you see on your Nest Camera? (Refer to this helpful article about Nest Camera LED lights).

  • Are you able to check the camera feed?

  • Did you receive any notification from the Google Home app?

  • Did you notice or experience any power outages recently?
