If someone press the doorbell button, my door bell goes offline for few minutes. Unable to see who is at the door. Not happy with this product

Your post says you have a "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)", but this sounds like the failure of the internal battery on the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell. This internal battery has now failed on all 3 of our Nest Hellos. The purpose of the internal battery is to power the doorbell during the instant when the doorbell button is pressed and power is diverted to ring the internal doorbell chime. This has now happened to all 3 of our Nest Hellos.
Since Google Nest says they "cannot" replace such doorbells if they are past the 1-year-warranty, so we've turned off the "Indoor chime" option for all 3 doorbells (this keeps the doorbells from going offline) and we rely instead on the "Visitor announcements" option (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) to get notifications on our Nest Hubs and Nest Mini instead.
