Nest doorbell audio

The audio from the Nest doorbell is routed to the headphone output on Android devices, not to the speakers. This happens on my Samsung phone, my wife's Samsung phone and on my Chromebook. This makes it impossible to hear the person at the door without plugging in headphones, making the device pretty useless.

Please fix this serious bug ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, is the Do not Disturb turned on to your speakers? Try disabling the bluetooth from the devices involved and check if you'll get the same issue.
