After just two months of use our nest door bell fell off its bracket and fell to level ground but its lens was shattered.. Support won't even refund unused nest aware subscription cost.. So stuck with unsuitable product with a faulty design (why design a lens that protrudes especially when bracket comes loose from opening closing door after just two months) liked the door bell but never had any issue with old ring doorbell.. Buyer beware

Numerous customers in this forum have reported the same problem. It seems Support should replace the doorbell due to its defective bracket.
