Battery ran out during vacation and doorbell shut down. We fully charged it when we got home and it was fine for a few hours, but then the camera turned off and it said that the camera will turn back on after it cooled. The device was cool to the touch. So I did a reset and there was no change, so I did a factory reset and removed it from Google home. Now I can't get it to connect back to my Google home. I rebooted my router and tried all of the recommended options I could find. Please advise.

Hey Galfiz,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the status light of your doorbell? What error message are you getting when setting it up? Also, did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
Thanks,
Archie

Hi Archie,
Right now the status light is out, since it is not yet connected to my Google Home account and it is sitting next to me on the desk. When I try to connect it to the Google Home account it just says it cannot connect and to try again or exit setup. While it is plugged in, the status light starts at white then starts flashing blue. No changes were made to our wifi network.
