Nest doorbell cam cracking

I am not certain which doorbell camera I have. I will attach a photo for your guidance on this. I really love the product. However this year it has begun to peel excessively. I was hoping you had a repair center so we can have this unsightly issue fixed.

The other thing I wondered is their a discount code to upgrade our camera to the one that doesn't have the clear coating on the front?

I just realized that it will not allowed to add a photo to this post. Perhaps you can email me and I can send you the image.

Thank you for your time in reading this post. I look forward to your response.

You most likely have the original NEST "HELLO" doorbell.  Here is a picture of it (below).

Also, this is a user forum so Google does not read or participate here.

Google is known for replacing this camera only if it is within the 1-year warranty period.    However you might want to open an official support ticket with Google and speak with a tech person and see what they say.   Here is the link to get you going (below).  Also they have never offered a discount code for the new doorbells.  But I hear that on 11/20/26 the newest (just released) doorbell Gen 3 will go on sale for $120.   Keep in mind it ONLY works with the GOOGLE HOME App and not the Nest app you are currently using.

The transparent faces on all three of our 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells have been peeling for sometime now.  Since all are past the 1-year warranty period, we purchased silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards.
