Nest doorbell camera

My camera seems to be stuck in zoom and I can’t zoom out. When I open the app I can initially see the correct scope and it quickly goes to the zoomed in angle and I can’t see the entire picture. Any help is appreciated!

@brav

Do you use the save device to zoom in? I ask, because I saw someone with the same issue on a similar thread, state that they zoomed back in on their wifes phone, and reset the doorbell and it was fixed. Maybe give that a go, and then force close the app, restart the device and then check and see again.

Best regards,

Brad.
