Nest doorbell lens crack

Hi,

I have submitted two forms in an attempt to speak with any google employee re: replacing doorbell lens. Have not heard back. 

trying to avoid outright buying a new doorbell when this one is otherwise in perfect condition.

any other ways to get it replaced?
