I have a nest doorbell that has been working for a year. I have an issue recently that the mic no longer works. Unless the visitor shouts an inch away from the doorbell no sound comes thru. The visitor can hear me fine and the chime works.
I dont need any trouble shooting help i need to know what are my options to contact for repair or replacement. The device is mostly useless if i cant interact with a visitor.

Are you able to adjust the volume using these instructions?
Oh, never mind. That only affects the volume on the doorbell's speaker--the volume coming from your phone.

Thanks. I have two doorbells, 1 for my house and one for my mothers. There is a huge difference on the two microphones now so its not an app setting. im using the same app to manage them both.
I tried the chnages you suggested - i still cannot hear from the doorbell at my house. the microphone is not picking up unless u get very very close and shout into it. it used ot work the same as the other one - very loud on normal settings no adjustment needed, very clear.
