Nest doorbell no preview in notification

My husband and I are using the same Google home and nest apps and are family members.  He gets an image preview on his phone with doorbell notifications but I get text only.  How can I get the preview in my notifications from the doorbell?

We are having the same problem. My notifications for Nest doorbell comes with preview from Nest app. My notifications for Floodlight camera are text only from Home app. Oddly, my husband's notifications for floodlight app come with photo preview.  

The floodlights are configured into Home App, not the Nest app. 

It isn't very helpful to get a camera notification without a photo attached.  Is there a setting or permissions I need to change?
