Nest doorbell not coming online since new router

Ever since I replaced our home router, I've been having a difficult time getting either of our nest doorbells online.  When I setup the new router, I set it up with the exact SSID and encryption keys as the old router.  It's been setup and not changed for a few days.  Over the few days, the cameras did come online a few times and recorded some video, but, everytime I check them, they're both offline.

One of my doorbells, I just tried to reset it to factory defaults.  When setting it up, once in a while, I get far enough that it asks for the wifi key, but most of the time it doesn't.  It keeps failing with error codes, but the error codes are different every time.  The last error I got was NC029.  Before that was NC016, NC018, NC014, NC029... those are the ones I wrote down.

I had my router setup where there was parental controls on unknown devices on my router as well as mac address filtering.  As of now, I turned off mac address filtering and disabled the filtering on my main group in my router where the doorbell would add itself it too... if it would.  But it is already part of my "approved" group which has no restrictions.

I tried a suggestion I saw on another post to unplug my google thermostat and my google hub.  (Although just got to thinking we do have at&t TV which has google integrated.  I didn't turn that off.)

Hello dmorlow,

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Just a few questions: What is the other device that is connected to the home structure where you are trying to connect the Nest Hello Doorbell? Were you able to connect another Nest device on the new router? Did you try connecting the Nest Hello Doorbell to a new home structure? Here is a link on how to create a new home structure in the Nest app.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Edmond

So, that worked.  Annoying now because now I have to move our TV and google hub over to the new home to match...  Seems like there should be a way to fix the  old home.
