Nest doorbell not ringing or connecting after a year with no issues

I've had my ring doorbell of over a year now and all of a sudden it died there is no ringing it wont connect to my phone however the doorbell itself makes a ring when pressed although it doesn't make a noise in the house

They offered no solutions which is why I turned to a group to help troubleshoot. It seems this issue is very common here

I do not have any troubleshooting steps besides your basic Restart and Factory Reset options. This is still an issue with no solution quite yet. If you already spoke with Support, I am not quite sure what I can offer you, but if a Community Member has found a work around, or a personal fix for themselves, I hope they share it here.
