Nest doorbell not staying in mount

The pin that holds the camera on the lens appears to have stopped engaging properly. I only noticed when it came off the mount and of course landed on the camera lens. Is there a way to get this fixed ?

You could also try contacting Support for a replacement. There are numerous similar posts in this forum.

Thanks, I had seen some other threads with specific replies which then looked closed. I used the form link so will go from there, I am still under warranty so sounds promising for some help.
