I have the same issue! Google didn’t want to do anything, and mine has never seen the sun. Very frustrating, and should be recalled due to manufacturing defects! It will definitely make me think twice about buying another Google product if their customer service is this bad.

Garrett - I did reply to the email I received from Ai on Friday. However no one has reached back to me. I did proved all the information Ai asked for. I have no case number to reference either.
