Hi, after installing the doorbell and the chime puck the chime did not work. I tried waiting 30 min and trying again and still no inside chime. I then decided to try with the puck not installed and the inside chime worked. Now with it not plugged in the analog chime is bouncing around (not chiming but sounds like a clock ticking). I had read that maybe it was faulty and could be replaced. I am wondering if I could get a replacement puck that could maybe fix the problem?

You can try contacting Support about a replacement by starting with this link. On the "Resources" page, just click "Next step" to get to the page with contact choices (chat or phone).

Note also that many customers in this forum--including us--have upgraded from a 16V 10VA transformer to a 16V 30VA transformer to get either their older Google Nest Hello Doorbells or their newer 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbells to work, even though this is more than Google Nest's minimum requirement (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247132).
