Nest doorbell stopped working after 1-1/2 years.

The nest doorbell stopped working after 1-1/2 years.  Checking power thru wires - nada.  What are possible reasons for a power outage to doorbell wires?

@AshAlex

If you have no power in your doorbell wires at your door, then I'd suggest it's possible your transformer has failed. You could also have a loose connection at your transformer or at your chime. Least likely is a break in one of the doorbell wires.

hi, I have power & door cam working. I test all wires it's good. I think the bell went bad. I must push hard to allow the bell to ring. can I have replacement ?

@AshAlex

You would have to contact Google Nest Support at this link to see if will replace your doorbell: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

Google Nest seems to refuse to replace any doorbell that is past the one-year warranty. The internal battery on our two Google Nest Hello Doorbells is failing (so they goes offline if the internal chime is on) and one of them has started to peel, but even though there are hundreds of posts about these two defects in this forum, Google Nest says it "cannot" replace them.
